Eighteen years cutting,
coring, and pouring back.
Advanced GPR Corporation was founded in Scottsdale in 2008 to solve a boring, expensive problem: subsurface work in Arizona was fragmented, guesswork-heavy, and full of vendor ping-pong. We built the opposite — one crew, thirteen trades, a battery-electric fleet, and a phone that gets answered.
One PO. One crew. Every trade in the sequence.
A vault install used to mean five contractors, five insurance certs, and a week of finger-pointing. Concrete scanning shows Tuesday. Utility locator Thursday. Excavator Friday. Cutting crew Monday. Firecaulker whenever. Something doesn't line up. Everyone points at each other. Reschedule.
Advanced GPR runs the entire sequence in-house. Locate. Sawcut. Dig. Core. Trench. Scan. Cut. Recompact. Pourback. Firecaulk. One project manager. One COI. One phone number.
We dig where diesel can't.
We operate one of the only battery-electric mini excavators in commercial service in the country — paired with a battery skid loader. Zero emissions means no air scrubbers, no CO monitors, no shutdown of the occupied floor above you. We've excavated inside active hospitals, clean rooms, kitchens, and Class-A offices without a single tenant complaint.
Commercial. Industrial. Airport.
General contractors, electrical primes, mechanical primes, plumbing primes, environmental firms, healthcare owners, hyperscale data centers, and airport authorities. If your project needs any combination of locate, cut, dig, trench, or pourback — we're the single number to call.

Field techs who trained the techs.
Our senior technicians average more than a decade of subsurface field time. Several are certified trainers who teach the next generation through our internal training platform (adopted by other GPR firms across the country). When you get an Advanced GPR crew, you're getting people who wrote the SOP — not people reading it off a card.
