Locate. Cut. Dig. Pourback.
One crew, one PO, one insurance cert — handling every subsurface job from the utility locate to the final pourback. Battery-electric excavator and skid loader mean we can dig inside your building. No diesel. No propane. No air scrubbers. No delays.
Thirteen trades.
One crew. One PO.
Most GPR shops locate and leave. We stay on-site from the first scan to the final pourback — concrete cutting, coring, trenching, hydrovac, firecaulk, all of it. Battery-electric excavator + skid loader keep our carbon and noise footprint near zero, even inside occupied buildings.
Concrete Cutting, Coring, Wall Saw & Pourback
Track wall saw. Square cuts with clean corners — no rock hammers, no jagged edges. We haul away, backfill, and pourback to match. Asphalt sawcut too.
Battery-Electric Excavator & Skid Loader
One of the only battery mini-excavators running commercial work in the U.S. Zero emissions means we can dig inside hospitals, occupied offices, and clean rooms — no air scrubbers, no monitors, no shutdown.
GPR Concrete Scanning
Rebar, conduit, PT cables, voids — walls, floors, elevated slabs. 2D + 3D imaging before we cut.
Private & Public Utility Locating
Beyond 811. Sewer, water, electric, gas, drainage, comms — marked and mapped before excavation.
Hydrovac Services & Potholing
Daylight utilities safely with high-pressure water. Confirm depth and material before mechanical excavation.
Soil Trenching & Excavation
Trenches to transformer pads, plumbing routes, vaults. Recompaction and pourback to spec.
Fire Caulking — Hilti & STI Certified
Every core we cut gets firestopped with Hilti FS-One or STI SpecSeal. Documented, code-compliant, inspection-ready.
Pipe Camera CCTV — Robot & Push
Sewer and storm inspection with self-driving crawlers or push cameras. Locate blockages, breaks, and cross-bores.
Leak Detection
Acoustic + GPR leak-finding for slabs, pools, and pressurized water lines. Pinpoint before you break out.
Underground Storage Tank Location
Locate abandoned USTs, septic tanks, and forgotten vaults before your Phase II or foundation work.
Trench & Borehole Clearing
Pre-clear boreholes and trench lines for geotech, environmental, and structural drilling programs.
Bridge Deck Inspection
Reinforcement mapping, depth of cover, and corrosion detection for DOT and municipal bridges.
Geophysical Investigations
EM, seismic, and multi-method surveys for karst, voids, plumes, and forensic mapping. Also our catch-all for the unusual jobs — abandoned mine detection, forensic recovery, and one-off research work.
One phone call.
One crew from locate to firecaulk.
A vault install used to mean five different contractors, five insurance certs, and a week of finger-pointing. We handle the whole sequence in-house — from the street locate to the final firecaulk — on one PO.
Locate everything
Public + private utilities in the street mapped and marked before a single blade drops.
Sawcut asphalt
Clean lane cuts. Walk-behind saw or hand saw — minimal disturbance to adjacent pavement.
Dig / hydrovac to the vault
Battery excavator for tight or occupied jobs. Hydrovac when live utilities are in the way.
Core the vault
Diamond core saws through the vault wall. Sized to your conduit, cut to exact tolerance.
Trench to the transformer
Straight, spec-depth trenches. Recompaction to 95%. No re-mobilization for backfill.
Scan walls, floors, slabs
GPR before any interior cut. Rebar, PT, conduit, voids — all mapped before the blade touches concrete.
Track wall saw + pourback
Square cuts, clean corners for plumbing chases, floor boxes, and expansions. Then we pour it back.
Firecaulk every core
Hilti FS-One or STI SpecSeal at every penetration. Documented, code-compliant, inspection-ready.
A battery excavator that goes
where diesel can't.
We operate one of the only battery-electric mini excavators in commercial service in the country — paired with a matching battery skid loader. Zero emissions. Near-silent. Which means we dig inside occupied buildings, hospitals, and clean rooms while diesel crews are stuck outside.
-
Zero diesel, zero propane, zero fumes No air scrubbers. No CO monitors. No shutdown of the occupied floor above you.
-
Hospital-approved indoor excavation We've dug inside active healthcare facilities. Same for clean rooms, kitchens, and occupied Class-A offices.
-
Whisper-quiet on night shifts No engine roar means we can work through nighttime tenant hours without a noise variance.
-
Full-shift battery + fast-swap packs A charged crew doesn't wait on refueling trucks. Fewer trips in, fewer trips out.
Radar hyperbolas don't lie.
Our techs read them fluently.
Ground-penetrating radar sends a short electromagnetic pulse into a surface and listens for the reflection. Anything with a different dielectric constant — a pipe, a rebar, a void, a shallow-buried body — returns a signature curve called a hyperbola. Our field engineers interpret those signatures in real time, mark the surface, and hand you a report you can hand to your crew.
- EmitAntenna pulses a 200–2600 MHz radio wave into the substrate.
- ReflectBuried objects with different dielectric properties bounce the signal back.
- InterpretOur field engineer reads the hyperbolic reflection pattern and marks the surface.
- ReportYou get a marked slab, an annotated PDF, and — for 3D — a color depth map.
Five recent finds we're proud of.
Every scan is a small detective story. Here are five that ended well because we got there before the crew did.
Loop 101 deck rehab — 2,800 sq ft of post-tension cable mapped in a single overnight closure.
ADOT contractor needed post-tension cable and rebar located across four lanes before a deep grind-and-overlay. Our 3D array captured the entire bridge deck in one 6-hour lane closure — no re-mobilization.
The 4-inch dig that saved 60 feet of deck.
Paradise Valley pool bleeding 2" a day. Acoustic + GPR pinpointed the return-line joint 41" down under the deck coping.
18 safe cores in a live data center — zero cable strikes.
Live tenant, 480V feeders overhead, PT slab below. We mapped 18 core locations for a chilled-water retrofit.
The 6th-Ave excavation 811 didn't warn about.
Manhattan tenant fit-out — 811 missed an abandoned steam line still under pressure. We found it and re-routed the trench.
A cold case, a 1953 slab, and a 2-hour scan.
Assisting law enforcement, we scanned a garage floor for a possible clandestine burial. No hits. Report closed the file.
Faster. Safer. And nobody has to leave the room.
Concrete X-ray requires evacuating everyone within 25 feet and hours of setup. GPR is single-sided, radiation-free, and delivers a result in minutes.
